The company was founded in 1945 as TPK Svoboda. In 1971 it merged with Promkombinat "Yavor" and also in 1978 with "Sava Ganchev" DIP. In 1990 it was transformed into a subsidiary of DF "Lazur". His successor since 1996 is the sole owner joint stock company Yavor.

As a result of mass privatization, it was transformed into "Yavor" JSC by Decision of the Supreme Court of Appeal dated 02.1998.

In the period from 1998 until 2016, “Yavor” JSC was a public company. The company has a registered capital of 15 079 958 BGN.

“Intercom Group” Ltd. is the main shareholder of “Yavor” JSC, holding 90% of the votes in the company's general meeting.

The main business of "Yavor" JSC is: Construction of residential, commercial, industrial and other buildings, acquisition or construction of real estate for the purpose of sale, mediation in real estate transactions, real estate management, leasing of real estate and movable property, execution of intellectual property transactions.

For nearly 20 years now, "Yavor" JSC has stood firmly on the real estate market with impeccable authority and reputation.

Our portfolio includes successfully built and realized eighteen residential buildings and two public purpose buildings, with a total built-up area of 126 200 sq.m, as well as the newly built ones, with a total built-up area of 36 290 sq.m: multifunctional building INFINITI GREEN - built-up area 16 600 sq.m, residential building YAVOR - built-up area 4 740 sq.m and residential complex OMAYA - built-up area 14 950 sq.m.
